Michael Dreikorn has extensive
leadership experience in various industry segments, both
public and private sector. His personal focus has been
on the dynamics of social organizations and organizational
performance. Throughout his years of global experience,
Michael has applied the concepts and tools of Integrated
Performance Leadership to develop integrated solutions
to business improvement.
Michael has extensive experience
in high-tech industries, and most notably in the aerospace
industry. His aircraft familiarization includes space
vehicles, general aviation, commercial transport, and
military aircraft, for both fixed and rotor wing applications.

in performance improvement includes methods and tools learned
in Japan, throughout Europe as well as applied in the U.S.
Having led numerous high-impact process improvement projects,
Michael has earned the certification as Executive Master Black
Belt.
